How to use it

Here are some ideas to get you started:

  • Use it alone, with your partner, or with a group of friends (because who doesn’t love a reflection party, asks the introvert).

  • One question a day. A couple at a time. Or all at once. The possibilities are endless.

  • Reflect on 2024 in general, or focus on one area of life. Work, relationships, health, money, career, and so on.

  • Fill out individual pages for more detailed reflection, or use the big-picture template for high-level reflection.

  • Don’t forget to make sense of it all with the final template.

BONUS: Reflection worksheet for kids!

  • You’ll get this automatically when you sign up.

  • Designed with kids in mind. Here’s to coloring outside the lines!

  • Adults can decide which question to start with and where to go next.

  • Rio is childfree by choice, but she has lots of kids in her life who she cares about. This was designed with a bunch of input from parents with kids aged 4-8 years old.
